What does it mean to be a fully integrated system?
To be a fully integrated system means that you can add and turn on modules that you require that live natively in your system. That means there is no redirections to other websites for members to perform actions, everything is performed on your system.
What does owning our data mean?
When you own the data you have full control of it meaning that the data resides on your own databases and isolated from any other potential organisations. When you use a software service, you don't own the data, they do and thus they can potentially use it in AI without your members agreeing or even sell it onto other parties. This can present a legal risk to the club if not managed carefully.
What security benefits are derived from hosting our own membership database?
There is a concept in security called the honeypot. When multiple clients are on the same database or network, it provides a bigger set of data making it more attractive to hackers. By having a seperate database from others, any breach of another organisations system silos the breach to their system only and isolates yours from their breach.
Why do you use a Content Management System and not fully custom software?
Using a Content Management System (CMS) brings with it the benefit of managing users and all the framework in a collaborative way since everyone who uses it is invested in patching and maintaining it. With custom software, there is ultimately no way of auditing the system and what it does with your data. It also makes it easier for us to keep the software upto date with the latest patches and upgrades.

We take a lot of the deep technical work off your hands to host your website so you don't have to manage it. We automate all your backups and store them offsite so that your data is protected and any potential loss is minimised. This is included in our service and ensures that your system is kept updated. We manage your system in the cloud so you only need to manage the setup of your website.
Will transferring our site take a lot of work?
We will be there to assist you in converting your website and if required we'll assist in the migration of any of your membership data so that you have less to worry about and can focus on actually managing your club.
